Just completed a building and pest inspection on this reasonably new home in Mount Eliza,

The render and flashing of this section of the roofing has not been installed correctly allowing for water to enter the inside wall cavity.  If left as is this will cause a number of issues such as mould growth, and timber rot to the internal frame.In this case the building was still under builders warranty and the repairs were completed prior to the new purchaser moving in.
